He stood there heartbroken. He’d followed the law his whole life, but Jesus had just told him he was coming up short, and he didn’t think he could fix it. We invite you to join us for just over 25 minutes today of worship in song, prayer, scripture, and studying God’s word. Today we look at Mark 10:17-31; the story the one often referred to as “the rich young ruler.” As you reflect on your life, are you “rich enough”?
As we do each week, our closing moments together include a time of communion (breaking of the bread). We invite you to participate if you would like with some type of actual bread and drink you supply, or these elements held in your mind. You may also meditate as we tell of Jesus' invitation to "do this in remembrance of me." All are welcome at our table.
