When we gather at the Table, we realize that we are one with Christians in every time and every place. As the song says "Through the loving Son, the Father makes us one."
On this video we share a special quartet of Susan Blosser (soprano), Leah Trigg (alto and music director), Dan Blosser (tenor) and Dean Phelps (bass) from Southport Christian Church, Indianapolis, sharing in the 19th century spiritual, "Down to the River to Pray." This was recorded on January 6, 2013 on the special occasion of the last Sunday morning worship where Dean was able to sing as part of the quartet before moving to Oklahoma in January 2012.

We invite you to join us Twana Harris and Dean Phelps, both ordained pastors and gifted musicians, as they sing, "It is Well With My Soul" for our DisciplesNet viewers from our DisciplesNet studio. This favorite song of faith has inspired millions since it was written by Horatio Spafford in 1873. If you wish, we hope you join Twana and Dean in singing, either in aloud or from within

DisciplesNet Church invites you to join us for a moment of worship through this uplifting reminder, "He's Got the Wold World in His Hands" and "This is My Father's World." This is sung by the talented chancel choir of Southport Christian Church ( Disciple of Christ) Indianapolis, with Leah Trigg directing and Sue Dykes on piano, and 4-year old guest soloist. This arrangement is by Joel Raney, and used by permission granted by Christian Copyright Solution's Worship Cast License. Video editing by DisciplesNet Church.
Two of our favorite singers, Twana Harris and Phoebe Spier, came into our studio having never met before and sat down to sing this well-loved Thomas Dorsey song for our DisciplesNet.
Video editing is by youth video intern Joy Torrence, supported by grants from Reconciliation Ministries and the Canfield Memorial Trust of Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Indianapolis.
