DisciplesNet Worship # 53, “The Invitation,” (Phelps 10-23-11)
"The Invitation" takes a look at the story of the Wedding Banquet from Matthew 22:1-14 as an interesting take on the Messianic Banquet from the unique perspective of a youth group taught by Pastor Deb Phelps, who brings this message. Also on this worship are Pastoral Prayer by Bob Shaw, communion by Audrey Borschel.
Sing along with musical favorites, "What a Friend We Have in Jesus," and "Sweet Hour of Prayer," along with the uplifting communion song by Audrey Borschel, "Come to the Table of the Lord" (Chalice Praise #163).
At the end of our worship, for the sending out is a special poem, "The Banquet" shared by Deb Phelps…this extends this worship by three minutes, but we hope it will be meaningful to you.
As always, thank you so much for worshipping with us at DisciplesNet Church as we continue finding ways to connect in the name of Jesus Christ.
